Job Title: Sales Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Pay: $19/hr - $27/hr (based on experience)
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

We are seeking a Sales Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to join our Client's team in the far North Fort Worth area. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and visitors, ensuring that our facility maintains a clean and organized environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, personable, and capable of fostering strong connections with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm smile and professional demeanor.
- Schedule building maintenance and ensure the facility is clean and maintained for guests.
- Ensuring break rooms are maintained and well stocked.
- Maintain inventory control and assist in various office management tasks.
- Support overflow operations as needed.
- Manage phone line systems and route calls to appropriate extensions.
- Create a welcoming environment where both employees and guests feel valued and supported.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of reception experience.
- Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to think outside the box and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Strong skills in MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
